OPTIMA^® CEILINGS

All Optima ceilings feature a fine textured, non-directional DuraBrite™ surface for increased durability and superior light reflectance. The washable, impact-resistant surface resists scratches, thus minimizing the need for frequent panel replacement. It also makes the panels more resistant to HVAC soiling. Optima's sister product, Ultima is the ideal choice for Closed Plan areas.

Optima ceiling panels are available in a variety of standard, non-standard and custom sizes. When paired with an Armstrong suspension system Optima ceiling panels are backed by the Armstrong 30-year System Performance Guarantee. In addition, Optima ceilings contain 71% recycled content and provide excellent sound absorption; NRC (0.90-1.00) and CAC (up to 26).

Nine new items in the Optima family… the only fiberglass ceiling panel made in North America with a plant-based binder. It even qualifies for LEED^® credits in nine categories.

Optima Lay-In and Tegular Smooth textured Optima provides excellent acoustical absorption, light reflectance and durability including impact, scratch and soil resistance. Optima is available in more standard sizes than any other product in the Armstrong portfolio including large size and trapezoidal panels. Custom sized optima is also available! 1 1/2" and 2" items are available which provide superior acoustical absorption. Foil Backed, Improved CAC items are available for areas where sound blocking is important. Items with a plant based binder are available for projects where sustainability is key. Optima panels are light weight, offer HumiGuard+ no sag performance, are resistant to surface growth of mold and mildew and can be recycled at the end of their usable life. Optima panels are compatible with standard suspension system and Axiom perimeter trim items - factory curved panels for use in standard Formations clouds are available. Optima Health Zone panels are light weight, have a high light reflectance value, are durable, including impact, scratch and soil resistance, offer HumiGuard+ no sag performance, are resistant to surface growth of mold and mildew and can be recycled at the end of their usable life. Optima Health Zone panels are compatible with standard suspension system, clean room suspension system and Axiom perimeter trim items.
