| Orcal Canopies are the latest addition to Armstrong’s extensive range of discontinuous ceilings. These canopies come in 3 different designs (flat, concave and convex) and give the designer or specifier the ability to create spaces or areas within larger spaces or rooms. |

| A clean monolithic visual, thanks to the Extra Micro Perforation pattern.

| A good acoustical and light reflectance performance, thanks to the 0.7 mm Extra Micro Perforation diameter & acoustic fleece.

Orcal Extra Micro Perforation

| Extra Micro Perforation - the 0.7mm perforation diameter offers a minimal open area (1%) giving the product a smooth monolithic visual. |
| Furthermore, the Extra Micro Perforation also provides good acoustic performances: 0.65 alpha w & 30dB - with the standard factory fitted fitment acoustic fleece.

| Its exclusive engineered self-locating design creates a crisp architectural reveal between tiles – 6mm wide and 10mm deep. The patented edge detail and spring system can be easily installed on Armstrong Trulok 24mm XL2or other suitable conventional exposed suspension systems.

The Orcal Premium B15 acoustical solution comprises of a wet felt acoustic pad bonded into the back of an Orcal metal tile:

| The product can achieve up to Dncw 40dB with an alpha w of 0.65 (Extra Micro Perforation)
|
| Is a very cost effective solution for providing a high attenuation acoustic solution especially when compared to the more
traditional methods using mineral wool pads and plasterboard.
|
| It is also much lighter than the plasterboard type of assembly, making it easier to install and handle. The product comes completely fitted in the carton making it quick and easy to install. This also makes cutting the tiles on site using a band saw very straightforward.

Orcal Bioguard

| With its antimicrobial paint, Orcal Bioguard actively kills microbes that come into contact with its surface, and with its tough polyester paint finish, is easily cleanable. |
| Products specified with Orcal Bioguard can then be used in areas where hygiene requirements exist. |
| Orcal Bioguard is available in a range of colours and in any of the edge details and modules of the Orcal product range. |
