| Our independent trainer Bob Hodges has over 35 years experience in the Suspended Ceiling Industry and is a registered CITB/City
& Guilds Assessor. During his time in the industry he has spent 16 years in manufacturing and nearly 20 years as a Contractor.

| The Location |
| All courses will be carried out at our Training School facilities Kingsway South, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead NE11
0SP and commence at 08:30
|
| Upon registration, Armstrong will raise an invoice for payment. Armstrong must receive payment in full in order to confirm
all bookings.
|
| A full refund, less a 10% administration fee, will be given for cancellations received in writing 21 days or more prior to
the installation course. Refunds will not be made after this date. In the unlikely event of an installation course being cancelled,
the full registration fee will be refunded but Armstrong World Industries Limited assumes no further liability.
|
| All necessary tools and equipment shall be supplied. |
| A buffet lunch is provided on both days. Any special dietary requirements must be notified when the booking is confirmed. |
| Please note costs for transport and accommodation are not included in the Installation School price. Hotel information close
to the facility and a detailed map will be sent when course booking is confirmed.

| Health & Safety |
| Armstrong World Industries uphold a strong safety policy and to adhere to this, all installation school attendees MUST wear
sturdy shoes for the plant tour on the second day, i.e. NO TRAINERS, just standard flat shoes (steel toe caps not required).
Also as the mineral fibre plant is a typical manufacturing facility, we advise that suitable clothing should be worn.
