2003 Beijing International Building Materials and Interior Design Procurement Expo opened Mar. 1-4 in Beijing. This Expo served to provide a venue for building materials suppliers and procurement managers to meet for potential procurement and for architects to see what are new in latest building materials that can be used in their designs. Particularly, this show provided a chance to allow the officials at Beijing Organizing Committee for 2003 Olympics to meet with various manufacturers and discuss potential business opportunities.
