Armstrong Is Preferred Hardsurface Manufacturer according to Floor Focus Magazine’s Facility Managers Survey

Armstrong Commercial Flooring was rated the #1 hardsurface manufacturer in Performance, Quality, Value and Design according to Floor Focus magazine’s annual Facility Managers Survey.

The Floor Focus survey asked Facility Managers (FMs) about various topics such as the scope of their responsibilities, changes in the workplace, how they make buying decisions, top priorities, biggest influencers, favorite manufacturers and overall experience with those manufacturers.

“Facility managers are responsible for the operation and maintenance of commercial buildings, and that means everything from maintaining HVAC to doing renovations. Many facility managers run several buildings—even dozens or hundreds of buildings, depending on the size of the corporation—and they’re often responsible for millions of square feet,” said Kemp Harr, publisher, Floor Focus.

“When it comes to flooring, FMs are generally in charge of the entire process, so it’s quite a compliment to be recognized as meeting their most important operating demands and criteria,” said Harr. Armstrong is a long-standing, trusted brand and its floor solutions are recognized as the industry benchmark for durability, quality, and design. “As the trusted leader in commercial resilient flooring, we continue to provide informative guidance in floor solutions, selecting the right floor for each space and application,” said Tricia Fanty, commercial marketing manager, Armstrong. “By sharing our in-depth market and construction knowledge, facility managers are provided with the right flooring solutions to fit their project’s critical performance, budget and design requirements.”
