The Turkey Hill Experience
– Columbia, Pennsylvania

Large Dairy Looks to a Local Manufacturer for High-Design Floors.

For more than 75 years, Turkey Hill Dairy has produced delicious beverages and frozen treats in Lancaster County, Penn. In 2008, they decided to build a unique interactive attraction, called “The Turkey Hill Experience” that would celebrate their historical roots in the county and showcase their product lines. Instead of new construction, Turkey Hill opted to renovate an old textile mill a few miles from their plant operations. In keeping with their local focus, they selected Armstrong Commercial Flooring, whose headquarters are in Lancaster, to provide a variety of theme-coordinated floors to enhance the “experience” for visitors.

Designers for The Turkey Hill Experience chose Armstrong NATURAL CREATIONS® LVT products that offer flexible design and long-lasting durability. The use of multiple visuals – rustic and exotic woods, stones, and colorful tiles – created a fun space for everyone to enjoy.
