Working time:   Do not spread more adhesive than can be covered with wood in 45 minutes.
Installation of the wood may begin immediately or may be delayed for 10 minutes to reduce scooting.
Removal:   Remove wet or uncured adhesive with a clean cloth dampened in warm soapy water. Cured adhesive may be removed with Armstrong Wipe Clean or mineral spirits.

Freeze/thaw stable to 10° F (-12° C). Avoid low temperatures or multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Recommended storage temperature is below 90 degrees F.


  • DO NOT USE OVER:  Concrete with excessive moisture and/or alkali; substrates treated with fire-retardant chemicals, fungicides, preservatives, release agents, adhesive removers, sealers, curing compounds or other incompatible treatments.
  • WARNING:  Avoid eye and skin contact. If eye contact occurs, flush with water for 15 minutes and call physician. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Use with positive fresh air cross-ventilation. Do not take internally. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call physician immediately. Keep container closed. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
  • CAUTION:  Do not reuse container. Dispose of container and adhesive residue in accordance with federal, state and local waste disposal regulations. Do not flush adhesive down drains.


  • Preparation:  Read wood flooring installation instructions before spreading the adhesive.
    Room and subfloor temperature must be a minimum of 65° F (18° C) for 48 hours prior, during and after installation is complete. Maintain a minimum temperature of 55° F (13° C) thereafter.
  • Subfloor Preparation:
     - All concrete slabs should be completely cured and dry.
     - Subfloors must be flat to within 1/8" in 6 feet or 3/16" in 10 feet.
     - Fill low spots with a Portland cement based leveling compound mixed with latex with a minimum of 3,000 PSI and allow to dry.
     - All subfloors must be free of all foreign substances as well as concrete admixtures, grease, paint, dirt  and alkali salts.
     - Subfloors must be smooth and sound. All loose subfloor must be renailed or properly bonded to create a sound subfloor.


  • Clean trowels with water frequently to prevent debris and adhesive build-up.
  • Stir any liquid on the surface back into the adhesive.
  • Spread the adhesive with the recommended trowel.
  • Do not allow heavy film to form on adhesives. Should this occur, remove the old adhesive and spread fresh adhesive.
  • Press wood into adhesive. Occasionally check the back of a board for adequate adhesive transfer.
  • Rolling is not required. If desired, roll the floor with a 100 lb. roller, or walk the wood into place by stepping on each piece. Do not roll the floor until adhesive has cured at least 2 hours.
  • Avoid foot traffic for 24 hours after installation; lift furniture into place after 24 hours.
  • Do not apply finishes to unfinished products until adhesive is properly cured.
  • Do not cover floor with non-breathable materials.
