The Armstrong Elite Hardwood Collection uses cross-grain plied construction of either American Oak or Birch, providing exceptional stability and resistance to movement.
Unlike conventional strip or timber floating floors, this fully engineered solution is glued directly to the substrate – concrete or other types of subfloor – and requires no acoustic barrier*. This reduces installation time and costs, minimises the possibility of gaps appearing and provides an authentic wood floor sound when walked on.
