Management
Mark came to Armstrong from Ricoh Americas Corp., a $6 billion subsidiary of Ricoh Company Ltd., a global manufacturer and
leader in digital office equipment, software and solutions. There, he was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary
with responsibility for corporate governance, customer and vendor transactions, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions,
employment litigation and counseling, commercial litigation, ethics, physical security and regulatory and enterprise compliance.
Prior to his role with Ricoh, Mark worked for IKON Office Solutions. When Ricoh acquired IKON in October 2008, he played a
key role in driving the integration of the Ricoh and IKON business units and realigning the Legal Department to support reorganized
operations. Mark started with IKON in 1999 as counsel, progressing rapidly to senior counsel, to vice president – Transactional
Law, and then to senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for this $5 billion distributor of office equipment
and document management solutions. Before IKON, Mark was an associate in the Corporate Department of Stradley, Ronon, Stevens
and Young, LLP in Philadelphia, PA. |
