Our recruiting process consists of a university campus information session and interviews. Candidates identified for a second
round of interviews are invited to Armstrong’s Corporate Campus in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where they are interviewed by
senior managers from various functional areas.
Advanced Degree Opportunities
Armstrong offers high caliber graduate students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical business
setting through direct hire, internship and co-op opportunities. Students in graduate degree programs (MS, MBA, PhD) are eligible.
We offer assignments in the following functions; Finance/Accounting, Operations/Supply Chain, Sales, Information Management,
Marketing/Business Development/Strategy, Legal, Human Resources.
The internship program provides graduate students the opportunity to evaluate Armstrong’s culture, values, work ethic, management
and leadership styles, and work processes. At the same time, we assess the intern's performance during the summer and evaluate
how well he or she fits within the Armstrong culture. Once a student completes a successful internship, we may extend a full-time
offer of employment based on business need and availability.
The majority of our recruitment for university students takes place from September through December for full-time positions
and January through March for internship positions.
