Mr. Rodruan is a member of the Office of the Chairman, which works to facilitate and manage change across lines of business and functional areas.

Mr. Rodruan began his career with Armstrong in June 1976 as an analyst/programmer in the Business Information Services department. Since then, he has held a number of different positions in both corporate and business unit capacities, including Research and Development, Floor Products Operations, Carpet Operations, and Customer Financial Services. He became General Manager, Finance for Armstrong Canada in 1992, Vice President and Controller for Corporate Retail Accounts in 1994 and Director, Corporate Transformation and Shared Services in 1997. He was elected Vice President and Controller in July 1999.

A native of Shillington, Pa., Mr. Rodruan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University in 1976. Mr. Rodruan and his wife, Cathy, have one son and live in Lititz, Pa.
