Director since October 2006. Consultant to GS Capital Partners, II, LP, a private investment fund affiliated with Water Street Corporate Recovery Fund I, LP and Goldman, Sachs & Co. and other affiliated investment funds from 1997-2003. From 1995-1997, he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of General Aquatics, Inc., comprised of companies involved in the manufacturing of swimming pool equipment and pool construction. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of KDI Corporation, a conglomerate with companies involved in swimming pool construction and manufactured products. Mr. Gaffney serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Imperial Sugar Company and serves on the Boards of SCP Pool, Inc. and Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc.
