Director since October 2006. Since 2001, Mr. Peppet has been a consultant to a number of firms, principally in the mutual fund industry. He is a Partner in Park Avenue Equity Partners, a private equity firm. He was Chief Executive Officer of Possible Dreams, Inc. from 2002-2003. Mr. Peppet was a Principal of Churchill Capital, Inc. from 1998-2001 and Vice Chairman of Quirk Carson Peppet, Inc., a private equity firm from 1990-1998. He was employed by and was a former Partner and Vice Chairman of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., now KPMG, from 1969-1988. Mr. Peppet serves on the Boards of Directors of Liberty Tire Recycling LLC and Joerns Healthcare, Inc.
