Bronwynn March, eMarketing Manager for Residential Floors, guides the team that keeps the Armstrong Flooring website updated with fresh content to help consumers learn about our flooring products. She enjoys blogging about home improvement projects. She and her husband usually have various home improvement projects either in the works or on deck. Outside of work, Bronwynn “gets away from it all” by hiking and backpacking.

Francesca Vaughn is in the marketing department at Armstrong and has been with the company for over 10 years. She is the third generation in her family to work at Armstrong and takes great pride in the history of the company. She loves to hear her grandfather’s stories about Armstrong from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. Francesca enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and daughter Ava.

Gina Bonafede, a marketing specialist, has held several different roles in her 4+ years with the residential flooring marketing department. She has a degree in sociology and organizational business from Cornell University. As a member of the Armstrong blogging team, she blogs about Armstrong’s new luxury vinyl tile and laminate products. Gina enjoys sports and spending time with her husband and new daughter, Mia.

Heather Antolik is a Web Marketing Specialist for Armstrong and has been with the company since January 2012. She helps her team with social media, copywriting, emails and web analytics. Heather is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Pirates fan. She is also a proud graduate of Penn State and can be found in Happy Valley on Saturdays rooting on her team. Hail to the Lions!

Jamie Burgess is a Marketing Specialist, focusing on hardwood flooring, and has been with Armstrong for over 10 years. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, which means most Fall Saturdays you can find her watching college football with her husband and 2 Labrador Retrievers. Her eclectic taste in home décor has her on an endless quest for innovative and unique decorating ideas!

Jeanette McCuaig is the Principal Stylist in Residential Product Design. Jeanette has worked in the flooring design industry for more than 26 years. Her favorite blogging topics include: glass-back vinyl sheet, vinyl tile, Luxe and Alterna flooring products, as well as color and design trends. Away from her day job, Jeannette enjoys studying the history of costume and how fashion relates to modern times.

Kim Lefever, Social Media Manager, handles social media for Armstrong. She posts on Armstrong’s residential social channels regularly and responds to questions from consumers on blogs and forums. When she’s not at her keyboard, she is usually found with her nose in a book or tending to the chickens she and her husband are raising.

Liz Snyder is a Technical Services Representative, Maintenance Specialist and trainer. She has been with Armstrong for over 30 years, spending most of her career in Customer Service for our Floor Products division. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing and vacationing on the beach and Disney World.

Nancy Carl serves as the User Experience Manager for Armstrong’s websites. Nancy has worked at Armstrong for almost 10 years and has made usability and web design her passion for the past 15. She believes the best way to find out how customers use the website is by watching people actually use it. In her spare time, she likes to read free books on her Kindle and teach her 3-year-old daughter about spiders and exploding pumpkins.

Rebecca Fisher, Customer Service Representative for Residential Products, has been with Armstrong for almost two years. She has worked in the home improvement industry for over 8 years. Her husband is an architect, and they love changing and improving their home – when they’re not chasing after their toddler. Rebecca loves helping her customers and is excited about the opportunity to blog for Armstrong on topics she feels passionately about.

Robin deMackiewicz, User Experience Designer for Armstrong, creates graphics, produces videos and maintains the corporate style guide for Armstrong websites. When not at work, Robin enjoys playing with her dog Buddy and doing DIY projects with her husband.

Sara Babinski has worked with practically every type of flooring, and is currently the lead designer for our hardwood and laminate flooring products. She received a BFA in Illustration and Design from the Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. Sara likes to blog about how nature influences design and new hardwood and laminate products. Born and raised in the beach community of Sagaponack, New York, she looks for inspiration in the textures and colors found in nature.

Sherry Horner is a Technical Services Representative, as well as a Maintenance Specialist and Trainer. She has been with Armstrong for over 33 years, spending most of her time in various areas of Customer Service for our Floor Products division. She likes helping customers find answers to their flooring issues. Outside of work, Sherry enjoys the beach and the mountains, and especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Wendy Roeser serves as the Manager of Customer Relations, Technical Services and Customer Order Shipment for Armstrong Floor Products. Wendy has worked at Armstrong for 24 years and has considerable experience talking to consumers about flooring issues. Her favorite topics to blog about include: floor cleaning and maintenance. Wendy loves going to auctions and antiquing.
