|Armstrong Launches Luxe Plank Value
Beauty, Performance and Simplicity, All At A Competitive Price
Armstrong Floor Products announces the launch of Luxe Plank™ Value, offering fresh new wood and tile looks at a value price, and with the easy 1-2-3 installation of existing Luxe Plank luxury vinyl products.
Luxe Plank Value offers a look for every style and décor – seven hardwood looks in authentic plank lengths and three tile visuals with vivid textures and rich colors. It retails for approximately $2.59 per square foot.
With its simple installation and efficient board replacement process, Luxe Plank is the ideal product for property management and for people looking for an economical, beautiful floor that also is simple to install.
Luxe Plank Value is so easy to install that anyone can become a do-it-yourselfer. It utilizes Armstrong’s exclusive LYNX™ technology, a combination of peal-and-stick tabs and pressure sensitive tape. Simply peel, place and press. Each plank attaches to the planks beside it – not the floor beneath it – so there is no need for complicated tools or adhesives. The most forgiving floating LVT floor installation system available, Luxe Plank is easy to work with lets you reposition as necessary while maintaining the integrity and appearance of the installation. It installs on any level of the home, over virtually any subfloor with minimal preparation.
Its advanced urethane coating offers increased scratch, stain and wear resistance and its superior, water proof structure makes it just the thing for high moisture areas of the home like bathrooms and laundry rooms. It’s water proof!
“With a price that can’t be beat, not to mention superior performance and great looks, Luxe Plank ensures high referral rates and repeat business for the retailer,” said Yon Hinkle, product manager, Armstrong Residential Tile. “It reduces installation time and cost by eliminating adhesive application and subfloor preparation, and less installation time means greater productivity – an installer can complete more jobs per day.”
Proper maintenance is a critical step to ensure that the Luxe Plank floor looks great for years to come. “When customers use Armstrong floor care products, it helps ensure long-term satisfaction. That satisfaction translates to trust in both the retailer and Armstrong,” said Hinkle. To help preserve the beauty of Luxe Plank flooring, Armstrong recommends Once ‘n Done® Resilient & Ceramic Floor Cleaner and Satinkeeper® Resilient Floor Finish.
