Is my Armstrong warranty transferable?
For most Armstrong products, like laminate, vinyl tile, linoleum and hardwood, the answer is no. The warranty is good only for the original purchaser. However for professionally installed vinyl sheet flooring, warranties are transferable.

If you purchased a home that has an Armstrong vinyl sheet floor and need to make a claim, you will need proof of purchase or some form of documentation stating when the floor installation took place. You will also need to be able to identify the name of the floor.

PRODUCT CATEGORY FAQs

BRUCE HARDWOOD

What is the difference between Good, Better, Best in Bruce flooring?
The difference between the various Bruce hardwood flooring product lines is simply the amount of allowable character. For example, you'll find the largest amount of character knots, mineral streaks, pinholes, etc. in the Good collection. As you step up in grade, the warranties are expanded and grading is enhanced.
