Product Classification
Board-to-Board Color Variation
Board-to-Board Color Variation

Wood is a natural material that features changes in color and tone. The board-to-board color variation is more pronounced in some species, less in others. If you like the look of contrasting light and dark tones, select a species that offers most color variation. If you prefer consistent color from board to board, choose the least color variation.

Hardness Scale
Hardness Scale

The density/hardness of the wood species and its ability to withstand foot traffic, children and pets will impact its wear performance, and will vary from species to species. Strong, resilient Oak is used as the industry benchmark. The hardness scale shown to the left shows the relative hardness of this wood species.

Customer Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great flooring We have had these floors in our home now for two months and so far we are very pleased with the appearance and quality. Care is easy as all we do is vacuum and use the Bruce/Armstrong cleaner with a Bona mop. July 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful floor & Great Installers Purchased product from ICC flooring in Fishers IN. Paul was great and very easy to work with. Had ICC installers put the floor down. With 1,300 sqft it took two days. Our floor plan had numerous angles to negotiate. Clean up nonetheless takes time and because this product is darker, dust is visible. We bought a Bissell wood floor vacuum on Amazon for $50.00 and a Swifter dry duster plus extra cloths for $30.00 at Menards. We are very pleased and would recommend ICC and their installers. with Armstrong coupon price was less than $10.00 per sqft Installed. April 1, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by beautiful Beautiful floor. I have been wanting to do this for a long time and I am more then happy. March 22, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome flooring. Easy to install, great mix of colors, looks terrific! Trim pieces, (bullnose, transitions etc) from Armstrong are outrageous in price. My trim came to nearly $1000. About 10% of the flooring was not fully stained near the "male end butt joint" December 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product has transformed our room from dull and boring to warm and welcoming. We are very pleased with the quality of the wood floors. It flows very well with the rest of the rooms connected to it. The color variations in the floor are gorgeous and enhance the overall decor of the room. Each piece was well constructed making installation a breeze. June 7, 2013
