Product Classification
Board-to-Board Color Variation
Board-to-Board Color Variation

Wood is a natural material that features changes in color and tone. The board-to-board color variation is more pronounced in some species, less in others. If you like the look of contrasting light and dark tones, select a species that offers most color variation. If you prefer consistent color from board to board, choose the least color variation.

Hardness Scale
Hardness Scale

The density/hardness of the wood species and its ability to withstand foot traffic, children and pets will impact its wear performance, and will vary from species to species. Strong, resilient Oak is used as the industry benchmark. The hardness scale shown to the left shows the relative hardness of this wood species.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by A very nice product with a great look. We had this hardwood installed in 3 rooms & we are very satisfied with the product. The hand scraped finish gives it a great look & it should also help to hide minor scratches. February 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Loved it! After visiting my aunt and seeing this floor. I was in love! The color looks polished, very nice February 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love this hard floor Glad I found this beautiful color and looks well polished February 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by This product has many rough areas When purchasing this product, the sample that was given to us had no rough spots that caught your socks. After having it installed there were quite a few of them. Nothing can be done except to sand and refinish which would require much work. The color is beautiful and there are many varied boards concerning length and wood variations,. My advice would be to go through the boxes and match up before it is installed. For the price I would not expect the extremely rough spots as mentioned. November 12, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by dissapointed I bought 11 boxes of american scrape goldrush. Each box was atleast half full of pieces 2' or less. Way too many little ones. The pictures show nice long planks in the floors, not what you get. If you can afford to throw away alot, you can get the disired results. also many pieces were EXTREMLY distressed. Too much so. I figured I was buying a premium product, fairly unsatissfied. I saved a long time for this floor. Wish I went with something else. I am also a finish carpenter with over 30 years experience. Rated 5 out of 5 by We have received many compliments on this floor!!!! We just had this floor laid through most of our home. It is simply gorgeous!!!!!! I love the rustic look and durability. It will be a very forgiving floor and IF it scratches it will be barely noticeable, if at all. Easy to clean. I use the Bruce products as suggested by Armstrong. August 22, 2013
