Project Michelangelo Team Armstrong’s Michelangelo Design Council was established in 2005 in response to the growing need for current insights, expanded
resources and new solutions for customized ceiling design. The Council includes nationally known interior design and home
improvement professionals with a proven commitment to elevating the importance of ceiling design in residential environments.

Ann Murdoch A 30+-year veteran of product design, Ann’s greatest joys are seeing some of her product design work for Corning and Armstrong
from years past still on the market. She has designed flooring and ceiling products, and worked as an interior designer for
residential and commercial projects at Armstrong. Ann also holds a degree in fine art and design from Elmira College in upstate
New York.
Ann’s latest initiative is exploring opportunities with new materials, including translucents, for both residential and commercial
ceilings and walls. One of her greatest accomplishments, though, comes from her personal life — Ann lives in a meticulously
restored and decorated historic home in Columbia, Pa.
