Definitions Return Policy

We believe in offering the Very Best ...Value, Quality and Selection. Each Definitions Decorative Interior Accent Panel is made to meet your specific order. Please be sure to make your selection from actual samples. Returns will be accepted for defective or damaged product. You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production of your custom order begins, so we cannot make changes.

To Return an item

  1. Call Armstrong World Industries at 1-866-787-6883, Options 1 - 6 for a return authorization number.
  2. Package the item securely. Enclose your name, address, order number and return authorization number, plus all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Address and ship your package to Armstrong World Industries Inc. c/o 2300 South 2300 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84119.
  4. For defective or damaged product, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item, shipping, and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent.

Other information


If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because this is a custom, made to order, item. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.


Problems With Your Order


An Item Is Missing You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order for multiple items. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact us.

My Order Didn't Arrive Please allow two weeks order processing plus 10 business days for shipping for your order to arrive. Orders shipped through UPS can be tracked. Please contact us for tracking information.
